Dion at Shamrock has been awesome. I have used them multiple times for my personal house and clients houses.
We purchased over $25k of custom kitchen cabinets for a new build house. I should have walked when they required 100% payment upfront. Part of the cabinets were to be stained and part were to be painted. After down payment and agreed schedule, Shamrock came back and told us there would be a 3 month delay because their paint shop was backed up.
