Colin from Shamrock provided such a thorough inspection and report. As a first-time homebuyer, inspections can be overwhelming, but he was really good at explaining his findings and making sure I understood them. He was also wonderful with my two dogs (which is always a bonus in my book). 10/10 recommend!
Rick Francis has to be one of the greatest inspectors of all time! I’ve dealt with quite a few inspectors and never have I experienced such professionalism. He made sure to go over every aspect of the inspection and walk us,my husband and I, through the root cause and possible solutions for concerns that came up.
