My dog was first groomed at Shampoochies in Pensacola, FL. in 2023, and the quality of services were excellent. Given this prior experience, I expected the same level of care. Unfortunately, the recent grooming was subpar. Additionally, my complaint about the services was poorly handled. This shop had a good reputation, but their services now are absolutely horrendous.
