My dog was first groomed at Shampoochies in Pensacola, FL. in 2023, and the quality of services were excellent. Given this prior experience, I expected the same level of care. Unfortunately, the recent grooming was subpar. Additionally, my complaint about the services was poorly handled. This shop had a good reputation, but their services now are absolutely horrendous. RecommendedCourtney did an amazing job grooming Fern! She was kind, thorough, and took time to chat with me regarding tips for Fern’s hair. Fern was as happy coming out of the shop as she was going in.
Our boys (Magnus, Atticus, & Remy) go to ShamPoochies and get their beauty done. They do such a WONDERFUL job...our boys (Black Labs) look gorgeous from the deshedding process. The girls who groom them pay attention to what I request. We love them and refer others to go too.
This is such a cute, quaint little place to get treats for your animals!! I got a little cake and 2 cookies for my dog Loki's 6th Birthday. He absolutely loved them and ate them up quickly!!

I’ve always taken my fur babies to Shampoochies for the past 10-+ years no regrets! The professional knows the breed, cost is always worthy of a great spa day. I have four dogs now and they’ve taken care of all of them from large to small to rescue to whatever..and they’re very gentle kind and loving to my family I love them back
I have taken all of my doggies to Ms Lisa and Barbara for years!! Would not trust them to anyone else !! Best place in town !!🐩🐩
My sister and I have been taking our babies to Shampoochies for at least 3 years now! My dogs love the groomers here and always come home looking and smelling great 🙂
My Bullmastiff Hoover enjoys his spa days ! And I enjoy not having to bathe him .
