ex-big box employee I used to work for a big box pet store and had an opportunity to see many groomers come and go. When Helen went out on your own there was no question who I was going to continue to bring my old dog to. Helen has the heart and patience of an Angel. When you leave your beloved with her you know it is well taken care of.
Good enviroment. My dog and I have been going to Shampooch for the self service wash for about a year now and I recently had Helen groom my dog for me. She did an amazing job and I highly recommend her. The atmosphere is very calming a relaxing for both man and dog. I will be bringing my girlfriends cats to her very soon.
Highly Recommened I have been taking Mattie (my cocker spaniel) to Shampooch, since its initial opening. After much frustration with the prices and the difficulty in getting an appointment, I feel I have lucked out with Shampooch.I have a dog that tends to be a bit high strung, and after trying to groom her myself, and both of us being stressed out, I came to the conclusion that I would be willing to pay anything to avoid the ordeal of grooming her myself, however, financially that was not a reality.It has been a relief to f... read more
Good to have the doors open! Friendly and calming environment for my dogs. I can choose to leave my dogs with experienced groomers or wash my dogs myself. I bought a beautiful handmade leash and collar for my friends dog for a gift. The owner had no problem ordering product for my dogs that I wanted for home use. They offer variety of fun items to buy. There is also a animal psychic and healer on site. Shampooch also sponsors adoption dogs. Thursday is a great day to go with so much to do.

She makes sure that the place is always clean and adds special touches like an assortment of grooming brushes, and washclothes with treats at each bathing station.
