We booked appointments for both of my daughters well in advance and time-blocked accordingly. On arrival, we were told that the service we had scheduled — a cut with highlights — had somehow been booked as only a cut and wash. This was not what we had asked for, and it resulted in wasted time and frustration. When we rebooked to try again, my teenage daughter endured a truly discouraging experience. My son had his first haircut here with Brian and I cannot say enough amazing words, Brian was super patient and took the time to show my son all the tools he was using and tried to get my son comfortable with them. I’m super happy with the results and find Brian very talented with a special eye for hair!
