Bought a dry shampoo product - not cheap, and used it sparingly for about 3 months. There was probably about $16 worth left in the bottle and the spray nozzle stopped working. On returning was told only little bit left in the bottle (wrong) and I had had it for 3 months (didn't have a use-by date so immaterial) So wouldn't replace. Very bad service, won't go there again.
Couldn't find my usual colour shampoo suited for my grey hair. When I asked the sales person she was of little help, led me to believe that they no longer stock it. Instead sold me a colour shampoo suited for blonde hair when my hair is grey. I used it once hated it. Nothing like my usual product. I then did some online research and found they still do stock my previous product. Terrible. Only focused on selling as much product to my wife as possible. Turned out worse than just using a box color from the supermarket. Not impressed
