Amazing service this evening with a walk appointment. Lucy was amazing, great head massage, the other customers lovely - and my hair feels so much better now after a professional trim. I’ll be back!

I visited shampoo for the first time today and had the best experience I’ve ever had! From walking in and being greeted by the lovely smiley Dee who had the nicest chat with me about products, to Gabby completely transforming my hair, she talked me through everything and genuinely cared so much about the output which shows as she’s given me my natural hair back. The nicest salon, not one person in there isn’t a bundle of sunshine
Been going here years (my hair keeps growing back, so they have to keep trimming it ). Always good service, with a nice cup of tea and a biscuit.
