This location is terrible the employee with the hat and glasses is so rude needs to find a new job
Been using these guys for oil changes for around 5 years, got serviced on Saturday and the guy put on a latex glove just to hand me my receipt , part of customer service is making people feel comfortable and not the other way around. Paid for the top wash and my car was left with streaks like someone spilled a milkshake on my car. Horrible. The whole backside looks untouched but the machines hit my car hard enough to make it seem like it was doing something.
Not sure if it’s normal or if they forgot I was in the car wash or what but as I was approaching the dryers they started to close the door of the wash. I thought I was gonna have to drive through the door to get out. I started beeping my horn so they lifted the door back up and once I got out some kid came out and gave me a thumbs up. No, actually, thumbs down that was so scary. I won’t be back lol
