I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in with very long hair and was clear about what I wanted, but the front was cut far shorter than requested and is visibly uneven. During the appointment, the hair was styled in curls, which masked the unevenness. Once I wore it straight afterward, it became clear how botched and unbalanced the cut actually is. I don’t think I should even given her any stats this is by far the worst hair cut ever I think she tried to hide her terrible work by curling it I only asked for layers and she has done the worst job possible her license should be removed I’m not even the type of person to write reviews but I have been crying almost everyday because of it I’m forreal thinking about getting a pixie cut because of it it looks so stupid !! Everything was running smoothly as far as getting my hair washed from time to time up until this time. One day, I came in and got my hair washed. However, after she was done I needed my hair to be re-washed because my hair was still dirty. So I kindly asked and the worker said “You want me to re-wash your hair? I used a comb to remove what I could. I tried my best. That’s not my problem.” Any other time I would go up there and get it washed and everything would be fine.
