Megan is the best NP ever & her nurse Joann is so helpful, professional, and you can tell she really cares for her patients!
Great experience with Dr. Ragusa and the staff. Booking my new patient appointment was easy. When I arrived, I didn’t have a long wait time. I was met with smiling, friendly faces. All of my concerns were addressed and I was given a care plan to get back on track to being healthy again. I’d recommend this clinic and their doctors to everyone.
I saw two general practitioners here who are nice and good at what they do. However, whether it's speaking on the phone with, or speaking face-to-face with a receptionist in this office, it is NEVER a good experience. After 2 years of trying to be patient with these people, I've decided they're not worth my time anymore. They always have a bad attitude and are condescending. My 81 year old mother was discharged home with three broken ribs and no home health. When I called to beg for an order for home health, the nurse on the phone told me my parents should’ve asked when they were seen for the broken ribs a week ago. They do not know to ask for that and that is what healthcare providers are for. Now I’m stuck waiting for the order and even if I get it, it will take forever to get setup. They told me I needed to pay out of pocket nearly $200 for what should've been covered by insurance. They refused to contact the insurance company and said I could only be seen if I paid directly and before the appointment. Wasted all the time that was scheduled for my appointment and then said the doctor would not be able to see me because I paid out of pocket. I'm unable to even speak to the doctor about these issues or get a refund or reschedule the appointment. Get your business together, this is ridiculous.
