Dr. Shamil Patel is a perfectionist, who is super organized in his thoughts and very capable. His perfectionism can be seen in the way his staff takes you through the various tests while explaining the reasons for the tests and providing very clear and easy to understand detailed instructions verbally and in writing, with everything highlighted in different colors. Outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and patient enough to to communicate at a layman level. At the end of the day, results speaks for themselves.I had no fear going in for cataract procedure on one of my eye ( the other was done at Swagel Wootten), and I was even more impressed with the results and the quality of aftercare. Dad had a very thorough exam, with many scans and tests to help Dr Patel to properly diagnose his condition and recommend a plan to treat. Very professional but friendly place. I felt like Dad was receiving the very best of care.
