Called them because she is my primary care provider. The person who answered the phone (a male) was extremely rude, he told me they don't make appointments!?? And then he asked why am I calling! When I explained why, he said no. He then started saying something then hung the phone up on me! I called back and he kept putting me to the answering machine. This is a medical emergency and I'm now filing a complaint against this office because of this treatment. Avoid using this person for any medical care. Apparently they're extr... read more
