I am writing to formally report a negative experience I had with one of your customer service representatives. During my recent call on I was in the middle of explaining my issue when the representative abruptly hit me with bad words and hung up on me with a disrespect and unprofessional . It says a lot !!!

Worked with this company in Vail, AZ earlier this year. Andrew is great to work with. Very respectful, understanding, easy to talk to, willing to take the time to explain how things work. Ethan is the complete opposite. Very condescending and abrasive. Spoke with other employees from my agency, Shames cycled through 20+ temps because of Ethan’s attitude and behaviour. Would work for this company again under the direction of Andrew.
