I Love Dr. McElhaney and staff! Going to the Doctor is fun again
Dr. McElhaney has been my Physician for years, she left her old practice and it took me almost 2 years to find where she went but I am so thankful I did! Dr. McElhaney truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide good care for them which is very rare these days. I even drive almost an hour to go see her but she is well worth it!
The receptionist, although just a receptionist acts exactly like that, no manners. As far as the doctor? She needs to learn how to dress appropriately, professionally. Not to mention she misdiagnosed my mother which put a lot of stress on her AND did not apologize for doing so. She also like collecting her co-pay meaning if my mom saw her on Monday, and then needed a a referral for a doctor, she would make her come back in to collect another co-pay. Ridiculous. Not a fan whatsoever.
