I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience I had with this company. While the initial work was performed satisfactorily, I am very disappointed with subsequent communication and follow up. Specifically, several services that i have already paid for remain uncompleted. I looked forward to your prompt response regarding the completion of these services.
Did a good job at my place and a fair price
I highly recommend Shambaugh Mechanical. We had another company provide an estimate which included a laundry list of replacement parts. We called Shambaugh for a second opinion. They accurately diagnosed our issue and saved us thousands of dollars. Shambaugh will always be our first choice going forward! Honest and trustworthy.
