I’m extremely disappointed with Shamayel Jewelry. I bought several pieces from them, including a chain and a pair of expensive earrings, believing they were real gold. However, the chain started to change color, which raised my suspicion. I had it checked — along with the earrings — and was shocked to find out they are 100% fake. I had a very disappointing experience at Shamayel Jewellery. I took my wedding ring in to be resized and to have two diamonds added. Unfortunately, the ring was still too big after the resizing, and one of the diamonds fell out the very next day. When I called to explain, I was told I would have to pay extra to replace the missing diamond — simply because I didn’t have the tiny stone that had fallen out (which I couldn’t even locate). Such a great experience with Shamayel Jewellery! Nima and his team are so easy to deal with – friendly, reliable and really professional. They made a ring for me that honestly turned out even better than I imagined. Couldn’t be happier and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something special.
