Of course heat from upstairs unit not working during one of the coldest days of the year! Called at 8:00a and they had someone over within 30 mins! Scott assessed the issue and determined I needed a new thermostat. He installed it and heat started running again! Didn't say I need a new HVAC! Very honest, fair and friendly service. I'm a repeat customer!

Came home to my very old system not working on one of these insanely hot days.Had used Shamanski in the past for smaller repairs. Called them came right out on the appointed day and time, were very professional and had my system replaced within hours. Tech answered all my questions about the new system and was very knowledgeable. Can't thank them enough that I didn't have to suffer in this heat.
This is the worst company I ever encountered, extremely Bad service. There is no zero start rating , that so why I have to give them 1 rating. They have taken the money on 17th Jun and have not done the work till date (9th July) for my AC work. They will not update you what's going on and if you call them, they will pick up as per their convenience. I suffered in heat in this summer because of careless ness of this company. If you are planning to consider them, get ready to make your blood pressure high.
