I just returned from a three day personally designed retreat with Anahata. It was an amazing experience on many levels and would recommend it to anyone looking to awaken, evolve, or heal. In my case, all of the the above. When visiting Arizona I definitely will be back.
Anahata's retreats are wonderful. Those I would highly recommend. The breath work is amazing and so are the personal retreats. The reason for the one star is as follows: At the retreat, Anahata will try to upsell you on everything. She doesn't sit down and discuss your needs with you.
