I flew from South Africa to get a pre Ironman bike check from Phil. All ready to race now.
Bike fits (and new components) make you faster. I've proved it. After six years it's still my favorite shop. It's also fun to have a drink with Philip.
I thought I had a good fit on my bike and then I went to Philip. A couple of tweaks later and I could feel the improvement. First ride out confirmed higher and more sustained power. Highly recommended if you're looking for greater comfort or greater speed.
Best bike shop and bike fitter. I've become a faster rider just from adjustments Phillip has made on my current bike. Can't wait to see the improvement from my new custom road frame.
