Shalom is a very horribly run provider agency which is supposed to aid people, such as myself, with disabilities. It's as if all the employees, with the exception of my point person, are very impatient, uncaring, and rude. This agency does not care for its employees, from making sure that they get paid on time to equipping them with the proper training. Unprofessional staff! Unaware of the laws protecting clients! Staff refusal to perform job duties and rather drink alcohol with the client family totally unacceptable. Ensure your staff is valuable have the same or similar morals and values when working with individuals loved ones. I’m not visible but I’m 100% behind my sister and no one will neglect her and get a paycheck!
