Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend for kids, especially neurodivergent- specifically autistic kids. Mr. Rell was AWESOME with my 6 yr old. He was patient, kind, and kept my child laughing through his sensory sensitivities. Pro tip: Come through JCPenny entrance. There’s a fun center a few doors down from the barbershop that you will pass if you come through any other entrance. Also, be sure to pack your child’s devices in case you have to wait a few minutes.
