Getting answers to my questions was difficult at times. Mr. Shalom's office took longer than I expected to respond, which left me feeling uncertain about my case. I would have preferred quicker replies and more consistent communication.

I was disappointed with the communication throughout the process. Mr. Shalom did not provide updates as regularly as I expected, and I often had to follow up for information. I believe better communication would have made the experience less stressful!
