The WORST service I have ever received, I went to this salon thinking it was going to be good but I came out with my hair uneven and the lady tried to gaslight me saying its MY fault that I moved but I didn’t ! I would’ve done wayyy better if I did myself 😐. Save your hair and money.

I booked an appointment here and they were an hour late, I sent multiple pictures of what cut and color I was going for and she went way darker than what I wanted. They cut was so uneven. She left the dye in my hair for way too long. I had to do treatments to grow my hair due to the chemicals she used that ruined my hair. Don’t come here! ALSO, my daughter came in for lash extensions and her eyes were bloodshot red and she poked her with the tweezers multiple times.

I asked for golden blonde hair and she left it yellowish orange. She never called me back for a second appointment and she never gave me a refund or a discount. I asked for a trim too, she cut of 3 inches of my hair. I only asked for 1/2 an inch.

This place isn’t good I asked for a lighter color and they gave me black I provided into pics with light light chocolate brown and was Gaven black
