I had a very bad experience with this shop and definitely do not recommend their service. I brought my car for a safety inspection, and they started saying that many parts needed to be replaced, even a shock absorber that I had just installed two days earlier, brand new. When I questioned how that could be possible, they started apologizing and giving me strange, unclear explanations. "I strongly advise against visiting this auto repair shop. The service is subpar, and the owner lacks professionalism. Despite promises, issues often go unaddressed, and additional, unnecessary charges are frequently added. The shop's practices appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, making it a frustrating experience for clients." The guy is arrogant, very rude and uncultured. I won't advise you patronizing him.
The worst service and repair I have ever had. They changed my brakes, and they fell out while I was driving. My whole family could have been in an accident that day if my wife had driven. If you're leaving the car, ask for proof of acceptance and take photos. And be sure to walk around the car, even if they parked it specifically for you to drive away.
