I would like to respond to Stephanie Portillo's review. We worked for Potomac Oaks the Mgmt., company through Ms. Debbie Flanders. We ordered her replacement windows which took 8 weeks for delivery. Once we received the windows, we were told by Potomac Oaks Mgmt., that Ms. Portillo was several months deliquent in her condo association fees and we were not permitted to install the windows until she paid her deliquent fees. Worse company to work with ever!! I paid them a deposit for 4 windows. And wouldn’t answer the phone not return my calls after I left several emails. The person named Lisa finally answered after weeks of me leaving them voicemails to find out the status of when they were going to schedule the work and if the windows they ordered were ready. Lisa was extremely rude saying “You don’t need to call and leave voicemails everyday!!” I told her well if someone would return my calls I wouldn’t need to keep leaving messages. Are you ... read more
