I was calling to get my husbands hours so the hours can be submitted on an application, to a test for a license. Pretty normal stuff they should be familiar with. Once I was on the phone, Chad was extremely rude. Kept insisting I have to be from a licensing agency? (I need the hours to hand in with an application to take a test. PSI does not get that for you and submit it on your application. The person submitting the application does that.) Finally he took my email down and I have yet to hear back. Pretty disappointing.
