Rude and rushed, do not recommend. The front desk staff are just awful, probably the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Appointments are always double booked so waiting times are long, Dr Paturi is rushed and doesnt seem to consult notes or chart as she would on multiple appointments forget that I didn’t have a thyroid or that I had had thyroid cancer. Service at the front desk and billing was not professional. An hour after my appointment I was still not checked in. I was spoken too rudely by Naomi. The doctor (who is a specialist) did nothing more than what my primary care doctor did. It was a waste of my time and money.

Dr. Paturi had me on wrong dose of levothyroxine and wanted me to do radiation after I underwent thyroid removal from cancer. I felt like she was trying to pressure me and I sought a second opinion. I'm glad I listened to my inner voice. My new doctor corrected my dose of levothyroxine and there is no evidence of any stray cancer.
