Professional outfit. However - first I paid about twice what I expected, for both personal and business taxes. Along with that, there were a list of problems: he never returned my emails; he missed my home office deduction; he filed a business form that I had already completed and showed to him (and of course he charged me for it); and almost half of our consultation he was trying to sell me on outsourcing my work to India. For the price, there was not enough listening.
