I agree with the other review left a year ago. I spent my time trying to get help from Barkat to be told, “I’m not a spa chiropractor, I don’t know how to help you. I think you pop out of habit and should stop.” Not helpful once so ever. Do not recommend wasting your time with her.
Dr Barkat did a great job for me. Very conservative approach so as not to add to the injury. She also focuses on giving you the tools to continue to improve on your own.

Dr. Shelly Barkat has a terrible bed side manner! Very patronizing and condescending. Do not waste your time with this ”chiropractor” if you’re looking for answers for back pain etc. Enough said…
