Dr. Shah is phenomenal. So are his PA’s Kim, Joyce, and Mary Kate.
The wait was long- which I don’t mind for quality care. As someone who works in medicine I understand how the time can get away from us and consults aren’t always their expected length. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. No exaggeration. Which, again, I get it- worth it for good care. Except that’s now what I received. I was in the room with the PA-C for all of 5 minutes, if that. I understand we didn’t have much to go over or discuss, which is fine. I don’t get to see Dr Shah. I’ve made arrangements to see my practitioner. I’ve spent what seems to be excessive wait times. 4/9/26. Another disappointing appointment. After 45 minutes past my appointment time, I gave up and left. Md. Shah seems to have little regard for his patients time. I believe he could use some direction in time management and show his patients some respect,consideration, and notification of delays.
