Dr Patel is a wonderful doctor. He helped me through a difficult time where doctors at Montgomery General were telling me I had lung cancer and he said let’s wait for the biopsy results. He’s gone to bat for me several times. I have faith and trust in him. His med tech is very good too. I have to say one negative thing is his receptionist. She is rude and not helpful. I get a sense she doesn’t give a darn which is too bad considering how wonderful Dr Patel is. She doesn’t put a good face on the practice.
I had 3 different procedures by Dr. Patel and he was fabulous! He was very patient with me during my initial evaluation and answered all of my questions thoroughly which took over an hour. I immediately knew once I left his office he was my guy. What I had done is not a walk in the park but I felt so comfortable with Dr. Patel. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone who is having to have major spinal surgery....he's the best!
Dr Patel office was clean and easy to find. His front desk staff weren't as friendly as what I'm use to from previous physicians offices. One young lady closer to the entrance was friendlier than the other. Either of them smiled. The tech/ assistant Ken seemed like he was rushing through questions and instructions of what to leave on vs what to take off for my x-ray. Aaron the x-ray technician was the most professional there.
