I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The lamb dishes had a very strong odor and did not seem properly cleaned or prepared. There were excessive bones in the food, which made the meal difficult to enjoy. The restaurant’s atmosphere and overall cleanliness also did not meet my expectations. I usually enjoy Pakistani cuisine, but unfortunately this visit was not a pleasant experience. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and dining environment.
My boyfriend and I stopped in for date night tonight, we came a little on the later side but were still met with excellent service and kindness. Our food was 10/10 delicious and came out hot and so fresh. We ordered veggie samosas, spinach paneer, vegetable korma, garlic naan and cheese naan. We took some home to eat on the couch and it was just as delicious when we dove back in. Can’t recommend Shalimar enough!
