Do not use this ladies services. She will take your money ($125.00) and won't register you r medical card. Won't return your calls to explain what happened. I went to her twice before, had no problems. I went to her this year 06/12/2026. PROBLEMS. New office in Cherry Hill Nj means more money for rent. Now she stealing people's money. Shalica health is a charlatan. The proof is the letter I'm holding in my hand telling me my CDL is being downgraded. No wonder she only wants cash payment. See you in small claims court Lady.

Highly recommended if you want to get CDL medical card exam. Dr. Powell is very pleasant and makes the process simple.
