Very thankful for Shale Medical Clinic and their amazing team. They fit my son in for a last-minute appointment today and, as always, went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for. They’re so kind, accommodating, and truly make you feel looked after. Our family doctor is wonderful, and their walk-in clinic has helped us so many times. Highly recommend!
Called to make an appointment as, my daughter's doctor called her to say lots of people cancelled could she come on 2hrs early.The receptionist said there were no appointments, so I said why did her doctor say there were cancelations, the receptionist said oh you can come at 14:45 I showed up just before the time I was told.And there was no appointment for me, apparently they said it was my daughters appointment. There is no option to give zero stars. The lady receptionist has no manners to talk to people. Why is getting paid if she can't answer your questions. So rude, terrible service.
Lack of doctors, difficult to book follow-ups with the same doctor. Refusal to book future appointments while in clinic. Not really a walk-in because you can never walk in to see a doctor, you must pre-book at midnight online.
