Delicious catered meal for our family reunion at Autocamp Catskills. Fried chicken, brisket, mac and cheese and more! Staff friendly and easy to deal with and the delivery was on time on a Sunday evening.
Shale Hill catered a summer cocktail party at our farm in Copake and it was absolutely beautiful. The spread was seasonal, delicious and creative. They crafted speciality cocktails for us and served local beer and crisp rose, perfect for a warm summer evening. Brianne was wonderfully communicative, efficient and accommodating for our preferences and adjustments we made over the planning process. We had a wonderful experience working with Shale Hill and would certainly recommend them to others!
The team at Shale Hill is an uncanny combination of small town charm and polished professionalism. Our family arranged everything long distance for a milestone event held in Saugerties. The pre-planning was painless. The day-of delivery was punctual. The food? Delicious. Great, personal customer service from a team who cares.
Shale Hill was phenomenal! We wanted a Hudson Valley farm-to-table meets Jewish diner luncheon for my son's Bar Mitzvah in our yard, and chef knocked it out of the park. Throughout planning, Brianne was patient, professional, unbelievably organized, and collaborative with the rest of the vendors. She was the best, and beginning to end, the process was smooth and easy with a delicious and stunning outcome. Recommend with flying colors!
