I can not say enough good things about Shale Hill! We were so upset when we had to find a new caterer just a few weeks before our wedding, but it was all meant to be! Brianne was so so kind and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed The team used the kitchen in our VRBO so that we didn’t have to rent equipment. They went above and beyond and cut our cake and made sure we had so much extra support! We recently hosted a company retreat at Autocamp, Catskills and Shale Hill catered our lunches for both days! Brianne and her team were great, providing plenty of options to fit our desired budget and accommodating for dietary restrictions. The food platters were great, and their team made the delivery process seamless. Highly recommend!

I planned a large event at Autocamp, Catskills and contacted many restaurants and caterers to help host a family style dinner on site. Shale Hill Events was by far the easiest and friendliest to work with. Brianne and her team were incredible. She helped me nail down a lovely menu while juggling various dietary restrictions and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the brisket and the fried chicken! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and would love the privilege to enjoy their food again in the future.

My wife and I had our wedding at Oz Farm with Shale Hill catering and couldn’t be happier. The food was fantastic, with many of our guests commenting on how delicious everything was. We want to thank everyone involved for making our special day such a memorable experience.
