We're so grateful to Brianne, Lisa and the entire team at Shale HIll for making our celebration so special. From the planning stage to execution on the day, the entire process was handled with care, empathy and professionalism. Brianne and Lisa were very accommodating to our requirements and made sure everything run smoothly! Chef and team prepared a delicious menu and there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. Thank you so much for helping us create a beautiful experience for our guests!
Food and service was excellent! The team was so easy to work with from the start, the service was great, and the food was DELICIOUS!! The prices were fair as well. We got it catered to the house for a bachelorette, and everyone loved it!
Our corporate team held a summit at Autocamp Catskills and chose the Backyard BBQ option for a team dinner. It was a great option within our budget. Food was delicious and plentiful. Brianne was very helpful during the planning process and went above and beyond to source rentals and suggest drink pairings for us. On site service was prompt and efficient.
Shale Hill catered and staffed a cocktail party I recently hosted at my home in Rhinebeck and from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. The harvest table they prepared was beautifully presented and everything was delicious -- we particularly couldn't get enough of the whipped feta! I can not say enough good things about Shale Hill! We were so upset when we had to find a new caterer just a few weeks before our wedding, but it was all meant to be! Brianne was so so kind and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed The team used the kitchen in our VRBO so that we didn’t have to rent equipment. They went above and beyond and cut our cake and made sure we had so much extra support!
