The pre-planning was painless. The day-of delivery was punctual. The food? Delicious. Great, personal customer service from a team who cares.
Shale Hill was phenomenal! We wanted a Hudson Valley farm-to-table meets Jewish diner luncheon for my son's Bar Mitzvah in our yard, and chef knocked it out of the park. Throughout planning, Brianne was patient, professional, unbelievably organized, and collaborative with the rest of the vendors. She was the best, and beginning to end, the process was smooth and easy with a delicious and stunning outcome. Recommend with flying colors!
We're so grateful to Brianne, Lisa and the entire team at Shale HIll for making our celebration so special. From the planning stage to execution on the day, the entire process was handled with care, empathy and professionalism. Brianne and Lisa were very accommodating to our requirements and made sure everything run smoothly! Chef and team prepared a delicious menu and there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. Food and service was excellent! The team was so easy to work with from the start, the service was great, and the food was DELICIOUS!! The prices were fair as well. We got it catered to the house for a bachelorette, and everyone loved it!
Our corporate team held a summit at Autocamp Catskills and chose the Backyard BBQ option for a team dinner. It was a great option within our budget. Food was delicious and plentiful. Brianne was very helpful during the planning process and went above and beyond to source rentals and suggest drink pairings for us. On site service was prompt and efficient.
