Dr. Shala H Sommers, Audiology, Kelsey Seybold, is an excellent, Dr. for my hearing loss. She is patient and professional. Takes time to explain the different hearing aides that have helped me to hear better. I do not understand why Kelsey Seybold does not promote the Audiology Department in their advertising.
Her knowledge of her specialty is very deep, yet she explains situations in a professional, clear, respectful, and understandable manner for her patient. Most important, she is very kind, putting the patient at ease.
