I go to every Reiki Circle that I can, and it makes such a difference for me! Madalina's approach and instinctual guidance leads us to our own revelations in our growth. The mediations are so perfect for the theme running through the community that shows up. Adding Reiki to that is such a bonus! The healing that community brings is not like anything you can do on your own!
My daughter had her 1st yoga class at Shakti yoga & living arts, she truly felt relax as she said, place is very well organized with clean and peaceful environment, Ms. Anna is absolutely lovely, she assisted with information and help me with scheduling. My daughter is looking forward for her next class and learning..
The Wednesday evening Yin Yoga and Marma therapy class is an excellent way to stretch and relax in the evening. The gentle flow and calming atmosphere create a perfect space to unwind.
