Fabulous space! We really enjoyed our time here a few weeks ago.
I truly appreciate the wonderful people at Shakti. Allison Mullins does a fantastic job with massage, spiritual healing and intuition of what I need to feel better, as I have a chronic illness. I am always better after a session with her.
The yoga instruction is done in a comfortable, safe space by knowledgeable and caring teachers. The community of people are all welcoming and kind. Always a great place to be!
