We have regularly ordered from Shaks and always enjoyed it but the last couple times have been very disappointing. We ordered a few weeks ago and half of our order was missing. Delivery takes forever. Last night we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, the kebab was cold and tasteless, the burgers turned up with salad and sauce after requesting plain, and the curries were inedible so went in the bin! The korma tasted more like baby food. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered 2 pizzas one was slightly under done , the other was mush not cooked. It's sad really because pizzas used to be good . Won't be using again .reported it said we would get a refund. Never turned up. Customer service rubbish. I will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a pizza and a paratha, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the pizza. It had far too much cheese—to the point where it felt like I was just eating melted cheese rather than pizza. The smell was also very unpleasant and completely put me off my food. 🤢 Sadly, I couldn’t enjoy the pizza at all. I think the amount of cheese and overall quality need to be improved. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
