I wish I can give her zero star. At the time of payment she asked me for twenty dollar extra and I was all shocked and tried to remind her of her commitment but she completely denied because she was supposed to get in her pocket as much as she can from the only customer she got at her salon probably. First of all, I went there asking for wax but the lady insisted on threading my brows. Within 20 seconds, she was somehow able to remove all of my eyebrows. And then has the audacity to say it’s $5 (I took my money right back). I’m never going to this place again. Don’t go here & waste your money. Someone needs to seriously re-think their business plan with 2.8 stars (other competitors within the mall have significantly higher ratings). I come here for waxing and Shakira is the best! Never gotten a cut ! Highly recommend coming here for a Brazilian!
