STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! They charged me for the visit when my insurance confirmed over the phone they were. It supposed to charge for the visit. The office ended up getting paid for the visit and when I followed up with my insurance they did me the favor to make a 3 way to ask for the refund well they only refunded a portion of my payment to my bank but not the rest of the payment to my HSA now I’m having to file a claim with HSA because the billing department won’t answer when I call them. Worst doctors visit ever. The nurse was running away from me because is was coughing but has a Mask on,Doctor left me in the room to get tested but havent told the nurse that i needed to be tested. after i was finally tested the nurse was standing at the door and said i was good to go.
