Valerie has made our trip to shakeys one of our best ones yet. She was very well mannered and very aware of the menu and offers that were available in the restaurant. Food smells and taste great too.

This place sucks. Ordered a pizza meal, they gave me a table number, 1 hr past and they never brought our food, went to ask about it and it had been ready for a while in a box, why give me number if you arent going to bring the food to the table? Soda machines were out, nothing but water and no ice. Place was dirty, trash all over the place including the tables.
