We came to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday, and the experience was amazing. The staff was incredible and the food came out super fast! They really went out of their way to help us celebrate. Everyone was quick, attentive, and so helpful, and the assistant manager was a huge help. They kept checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend — we’d absolutely celebrate here again! Shakeys El Monte is the best! My teenage kids and I drove from Chino just for lunch lunch bunch.. the food was continuously filles up and everything looked clean abd tasty.
