Manager acts like she hates her job and it envelopes the establishment like a cloud of unprofessional attitudes
A good place for party. The food tasted great, the service was pleasant. Every time we went, they've greeted us with nice, friendly and happy manner. They remembered what food we love and always make the fresh, warm and special pizza for us. We enjoy eating there very much. The place was harmonious even when the NFL was on. Everyone was focused on the team he/she loved or enjoyed the food here. Besides the price was very reasonable.
This is the best Shakey's! I've been to plenty but El Monte is by far the best I've been coming here for 30 years I've thrown many parties here and staff goes above and beyond when they see us Jose and Valerie are the best branch manager Elva is AMAZING as well as other staff thank you for making my moms party sooo special you guys are the BEST!!!
Been coming to this Shakey's since our kids were young. Now thay have kids of their own so we continued the tradition of bringing them after their baseball, basketball, and football games. Also we love coming for bunch of lunch. Food is fresh and delicious, and a special shoot out to Valerie. Valerie is an asset to Shakey's because she makes customers feel welcome and she's very attentive to their needs. Keep up the good job, Valerie.
