Came here for my husbands bday. Yolanda helped us and answered all my questions. She was such a sweet heart, and very kind. Definitely will be back because of her customer service.
Love this shakeys location, staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Positive vibes and smiles. Food is always great. I have no complaints over the 5 years I have lived in the area and have been coming here to dine in, this review comes after a very welcoming dine in and friendly staff on tuesday happy hour 8/26. Always a great experience at Shakeys. Our server Sandra A was very welcoming and very helpful when taking our order. Food is always amazing and this is one place my family always agrees on. It’s a win all around.
