staff were kind and accommodating, rooms were clean with strong aircon. would stay here again :)
Stay there regularly. Lovely place to stay. Wonderful staff especially the onsite manager who always goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! What a lovely motel to stay at! We stayed for 3 nights here and could not be happier. Super quiet and peaceful, lots of parking, big comfy beds, new air con, clean spacious room and bathroom, and it's in a great location with everything nearby too! this place is rubbish travelled to mackay and booked a room on the the way check in person was extremely rude looked at me as though I was not good enough to stay in his dump refsed checkin as I had a tattoo do yourself a favour and stay away from this dump as they will discriminate against you
Took money for booking and then called saying they have a policy that states “no locals” due to “drug problems”, despite the fact that I have stayed with them multiple times in the past with no mention of this policy until now. The person on the phone who made us aware of this policy after we had paid was very rude and unapologetic, and was extremely vague about when a refund would occur (it was booked on a weekend, so no refund would be received until the following week).
