Called on Shakespeare Homes to investigate and solve a mysterious failure in an exterior wall at our residence. Although a modest job for the company, we were pleased with their approach, timeliness, professionalism and the completed solution. I called Mark for some advice on a leaking shower. He completely exceeded my expectations in diagnosing the issue and providing expert advice on addressing it including consulting with a number of reputable tiling companies that Shakespeare homes work with. He brought in an infrared camera, a moisture meter and a clear plan for finding the issue. I couldn’t have gone to a better person. It was the best decision I have ever made. I can’t recommend Mark and his team highly enough.
