Me and my family of 9 had an amazing time! The whole experience was seamless. We arrived 10 minutes early and the boat was docked at the marina ready to go. Onboarding process was thorough and professional. We rented the x star which was a real treat to drive with tons of power and towed a wakeboard or tube with ease! and surprisingly fuel efficient. With the best rates in Kelowna I can't recommend Shakers boat rentals enough! Thank you Shae and Paula for a summer memory that will be sure to last a lifetime.
Shae and Paula were awesome to deal with, they were on time and able to chat when needed. I would recommend renting their Mastercraft XStar again.
I was looking to book a boat for a family trip and attempted to reserve in advance. Unfortunately, the communication was poor from the beginning. I was told a boat could be booked, but that the reservation still needed confirmation. Since then, I’ve received no response or follow-up. Very disappointing experience — it's unfortunate to see businesses operate with such a lack of professionalism and customer service.
We rented the Mastercraft for a weekend vacation and it made our vacation memorable. The boat was awesome. The service was amazing. Shea was really flexible on pick up and drop off times and always showed up on time. Very professional. We were so impressed we booked the boat for 2 more weekends this summer!!
