Not surprised to see low rating for this company a month ago. Still tried it but got an awful experience. Book a jet ski attended in advance called several time no answer or text back. When finally he texted back with some excuses and still not ready for the appointment I answered that I made other arrangements since I didn’t received any answers from him. Rented seedoos from shakers last year - they met us at the bottom Knox mountain and even had kids life jacket for my son. We rent seadoos annually and their price and customer service is unmatched! Love supporting small local businesses. Thanks Shea and Paula!
It's easy to give a good or great review when everything goes off without a hitch, but life doesn't always work that way and that's when a service provider earns their positive review. We had their Pontoon Boat booked for a group of 14, including 2 elderly(88 years old). They had just completed an upgrade to the boat and unfortunately when the motor was raised it caused a malfunction in the steering system.
