Dont even know where to start, booked 2 jetskis and boats for our boys trip on July 12th, paid all the money with a $2000 deposit. Everything was well until Shea took our deposit claiming we damaged the jetski and it needed a bunch of work, and that upon return we hit the jetski. Booked a boat with some friends through Shakers last week amazing service and great pricing! Highly recommend them. Some top notch people.
We booked 3 jet skis for 2 hours on August 30. About halfway through, one of them broke down in the middle of Okanagan Lake and left me stranded several kilometers from shore. I had to wait until my brother noticed I was missing and came back to find me. When I called Shea (the owner) for help, his only “solution” was for us to use one of our other rented jet skis to tow the broken one back ourselves.
