Unhelpful staff, that does not listen to what the pet parent is saying.
My older 13 year old dog goes here monthly to get his arthritis shots. He absolutely loves going to the vet! This place is nice and clean. They always explain everything. Its not as expensive as other places. I highly suggest this vet for all your animal needs
Today my Sam didn’t wake up 2010-2025 he was half border collie, half Australian Shepherd mix. I called VCA Shaker Animal Hospital they were so very helpful In taking care of setting up sam’s cremation and dog print with great compassion for Sam. Very grateful for the professional support their staff provided when I wasn’t at my best. Thank You to everyone that helped me this morning.
