My wife and I have been using VCA Shaker ever since our dog was young. He is now getting elderly, and has always been very anxious when visiting the vet, requires the "party hat" and then some. I was driven to make a public review after our experience this morning with Vet Tech Joey - he was empathetic, caring, and went out of his way to help our anxious dog. I can't recommend VCA Shaker enough, especially if they have people like Joey on their staff.
A very friendly responsible place would recommend taking my animal.
First Visit, In The Lobby Go Figure They Acted Like My Pitbul Breed Was An Issue. But Other Dogs Were Lunging At Him To Make Him Excited. Literally Had To Keep Calling After Spending $350 At Office To Find Out About My Dogs Medicine, That I Paid An Additional $100 For. Then When It Was Time For My Dog To Come Back To Get His Ear Treated, They Then CHANGED THEIR WHOLE TUNE !!!!
