My daughter and I were both sick, and we came into the Mount Pleasant office. Pleasantly surprised by the care we both received. In and out. They had masks in the waiting room to cover our faces, and this impressed me. Nice staff, quick care. No problems at all and recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the nasty ER.

Thank you Shaker people for your kindness and compassion with my special needs son. He was so sick and cranky, but everyone was polite and compassionate. I will never regret bringing him there. It is so close to our house, and I didn't know they were there until the last minute. I appreciate how nice the doctors and nurses were.

I have never written a review for anything ever but this experience was just that bad. I chose shaker over med express (which sadly to say was a mistake) I had been feeling sick and hadn't slept. I presented with a headache and dizziness as well as feeling very dehydrated. I have a history of ulcerative colitis and I also told the woman who did my initial exam that I had a late period and could possibly be pregnant.
