I've never had issues with any of the staff. They have all been very friendly. The facility is clean, and well cared for.
This would be a 5 star if it wasn't for one provider, Cindy Bubb. My family has had no problems with any of the other providers at this facility. Her lack of medical knowledge and method of making you seem like you are doing something wrong is in my opinion, unethical. I will walk out if her name is on the board in the future.
The provider at the Donegal office had an extremely unprofessional demeanor. I'm easy going and it takes a lot to get me mad. She had me so angry that I ask for my co-pay to be refunded. This is unfortunate because Shaker is near to my home. My children and I will never be returning. I was later treated at MedExpress by a qualified, respectful doctor.
This location is horrible. My daughter had Strep throat that she tested positive for at their location. However, they failed to ever contact us to notify us of the fact. I would highly recommend to find another medical facility to go to. This location is incompetent. When I contacted the office, they admitted to their mistake. They said they were unable to offer any compensation. Not only did my daughter go undiagnosed and walk around for two weeks with Strep (until we took her to our PCP for treatment).
